Bluefin tuna is one of the most highly prized fish used in Japanese raw fish dishes. It’s not every day you watch an expert sushi chef slicing up a 300+ pound bluefin tuna right in front of your eyes and creating a fantastic feast on the spot.

Master Sushi Chef Kuni will be demonstrating his extraordinary knife skills only selected few possess in this exhibition. The giant tuna will be separated into sections of differing grades and prepared into delicious sushi/sashimi dishes.

Unlimited and thoughtfully prepared food and drink will be served from 3 – 8 pm.
